Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over R1000.
• For orders under R1000, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to other countries however you can contact us at bamboowearsa@gmail.com for any enquiries.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

2. Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us to check availability.
• Exchanges will be shipped once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items
